History...
The history of Lake Relais Gargnano began three centuries ago.
Considering the construction details of this beautiful 230 square metre farmhouse a few kilometres from Gargnano (on Lake Garda), the first building dates back to the early 18th century.
Certified traces of its presence can be found in Napoleonic historical maps dated 1823, where it appears as a rural building prior to the time of mapping.
In 2020, the building was completely renovated.
In the renovation process, it was decided to use materials and building techniques from the local architectural tradition, with lime-based products of natural origin.
This architectural renovation made it possible to make the most of the existing rural building.
Today...
The Lake Relais Gargnano is now a luxury eco-lodge.
Outside it has a private park, heated swimming pool and porch with relaxation area. There is a pond with goldfish and an original 200-year-old calchera revamped into a grill area.
The outdoor area is under video surveillance with anti-intrusion cameras and a guard present all day.
The property is bordered by a river, and the huge natural park in which the villa is located is part of the Alto Garda Bresciano Natural Park - Rete Natura 2000 (the European Union's main instrument for the conservation of biodiversity, created to ensure the maintenance of natural habitats and rare flora and fauna).
In the course of the renovation, the historical memory of the pre-existing openings was maintained, leaving a clear architectural mark, so that the original distribution of the interior rooms remained almost unchanged.

The wellness area includes a 2-seater whirlpool bath, an emotional shower with scrub jets and relaxation massage, a cold shower and a wonderful sauna.
The wellness area of the Relais is located on the floor facing the outside. It was placed here to make this area as 'comfortable' as possible, starting with its access.
After recreating yourself in the SPA, you can go out freely in your bathrobe and enjoy an herbal tea, indulge in a small snack in the adjoining gourmet kitchen area or relax under the pergola next to the swimming pool.

The 0 km vegetables thus obtained enter by right into the larder of the Relais, for those who want to experience good, healthy and simple cuisine, marrying the tradition of Lake Garda, using the fine extra virgin olive oil typical of the area to season the dishes, crowning traditional recipes capable of enhancing the naturalness of the ingredients.
